About This Trip
This is the trip for people who came to Hurghada for what's under the water. No beach stop, no island lunch — three of the best snorkel reefs in the area, one after another, with as much time in the water as you want.
Shaab El Erg is a wide horseshoe reef north of Hurghada and one of the places where dolphins are seen regularly — sightings are never guaranteed, but your captain knows where to look. El Fanadir is a shallow fringing reef with easy entry, ideal for warming up or for less confident swimmers. Carless Reef sits further out: coral towers rising from deeper blue water, moray eels and big schools of fish.
The order of the stops follows wind and current that morning, so you always snorkel the calmest side. Masks, fins and snorkels are on board for everyone, and the captain stays with the boat while you are in the water. The base price covers up to 4 guests; the boat takes up to 8.
