Programme
Hotel pickup
Your driver collects you from your hotel and drives to the marina. Transfer approx. 30 minutes from Hurghada; slightly longer from Makadi Bay or Sahl Hasheesh.
Board yacht & cast off
You board a private yacht reserved exclusively for your group. Tea, coffee, juice, and water are served as you leave the harbour. The captain briefs the group on the route.
Morning sail to Orange Bay
A scenic 90-minute sail along the Red Sea coast to Orange Bay — one of the most photographed sandy beaches near Hurghada. The water is calm and ideal for relaxing on deck.
Beach time & snorkeling
Two and a half hours at Orange Bay. Snorkeling equipment is provided — the surrounding reef is shallow and colourful, suitable for all levels. The beach is clean, quiet, and usually only accessible by private boat.
Lunch on board
Fresh Egyptian lunch served on the yacht: rice, grilled chicken or fish, salad, bread, and seasonal sides. Soft drinks and water throughout. Vegetarian options available on request.
Afternoon swim
A second stop at a nearby reef or calm bay for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing on deck in the sun. The crew is on hand throughout.
Return sail
The yacht heads back to port. Tea and coffee served on the return leg.
Hotel drop-off
You're driven back to your hotel. Full day from pickup to drop-off: approximately 9 hours.
About This Trip
Trade the hotel beach for a full day on the water — a comfortable yacht out to one of Egypt's most photographed spots. Orange Bay is famous for its powder-white sand, knee-deep turquoise shallows you can wade through for hundreds of meters, and reefs alive with color just off the shoreline.
The morning starts with a snorkeling stop above a vibrant coral reef on the way out. Masks, fins, and life jackets are on board for everyone — first-timers get a quick briefing from the crew, experienced snorkelers can just slip in. From there the yacht continues to Orange Bay, where you have unhurried hours to swim, beach-walk, and float in water so clear it doesn't feel real.
